SHORT MAT BOWLS

ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE START OF THE SEASON

The start of the new Short Mat season is Tuesday 1st October at 1-30pm.

There will be the Tuesday afternoon sessions and two evening sessions 7pm to 9pm Wednesday and Friday. There will be no Friday afternoon sessions this year.

This year we will play with two woods only. Each game will be nine ends. We will play two games with a break after the first game of nine ends.

Annual subscriptions of £10 are due by 1st November . Session subscriptions remain at £2 in respect of running costs for refreshments, lighting and heating.

An AGM will be held for members on Monday 11  November at 11am. The agenda and nomination forms for all Committee positions will be available  from 8th October  in the Bower.
